Bloomberg.com: Worldwide: "Linde AG, a German industrial-gases maker, rallied 3.1 percent to 71.02 euros. Its 8 billion-pound purchase of BOC Group Plc will be completed on Sept. 5. The deal creates a group with more than $15 billion in annual revenue to become the world's biggest gas supplier."
